It all depends on the person. The thing about mental health is that it's different for everyone. If two people broke their arms, you wouldn't expect them to deal with the pain the same way or even feel the same amount of pain. In mental health, we all experience our pain a little differently. On good days, I'll have one small anxiety attack that I can talk myself through. On bad days, I can have upward of 8 small ones with a panic attack at the end of the day to round everything out, but it's different for everyone. There is no normal.

Not to often but sometimes. For me maybe once a month. But sometimes they can be more frequent if I was going through a rough time.

The frequency of anxiety attacks varies widely depending on the person. For some, it may be more than once per day in severe cases, while in others it may be once or twice a week, or only one every few weeks.

It varies between cases of anxiety... sometimes people experience attacks only once a month, or as frequent as many times a day. I would say that for people who struggle with anxiety attacks, it is usually once a day. For me, it is once or twice a week. It really is all subjective to the person.

Anxiety attack amounts range from person to person, each person is unique and their mental illness is different. Some people with anxiety disorders have anxiety attacks rarely, and some people are in a constant state of panic, it just depends on who you are and how severe your anxiety is.

Anxiety attacks can strike anywhere at anytime. In some cases they can be triggered by the smallest things. I feel it's a common misconception that one thing can cause an anxiety attack. It may be one thing, but it may also be a build up of several events/experiences/thoughts that can lead to the attack.

There is no expected frequency for panic attacks as they can happen at any point for any reason.

Everybody is different. There is no 'average' for how often somebody can have an anxiety attack. Sometimes, they'll happen due to a trigger. Other times, they might happen out of the blue. They might just happen due to your fight or flight response, too! This question does not have a specific answer.

The frequency and severity of anxiety attacks vary from person to person and whilst they are happening we can misjudge the amount of time we spend in them. Different triggers can produce different symptoms and thoughts. Recording how and when the attacks happen can build up a picture, allowing you a better chance to integrate support systems in time.
