Panic attacks for me don't give me the urge to use the restroom. When I have panic attacks I normally get paralyzed so I couldn't go to the restroom if I wanted too. To get rid of the paralysis I take deep breaths and massage my legs.

In my experience, I've never had to use the restroom during a panic attack. But when I do have a panic attack, I use my five senses to ground me in the situation. Take a deep breath and exhale slowly. Notice one thing in the room you can taste, two you can smell, three you can hear, four you can feel and five you can see.

I try to find a private space for myself.I lower my head and try taking it all in my knees and then I practice deep breathing. It is really essential to practice long, deep breathing everyday. keep it down until you feel fine enough to go back and resume your work and studies. Listening calm music, practicing meditation and deep breathing daily can help you tackle yourself during panic attacks. sometimes focusing constantly on an object also reduces the intensity of panic that you feel. imagine your happy place with your people.you can also chant your mantra again and again until you feel being yourself again.
