Think of the times where you didn't self harm. The proud moment of yourself for doing well. Feeling strong and knowing you can carry on. Exercise and seeing friends always helped me. Just keep your head up and don't let yourself slip into old habits. It is hard but if you feel you will, speak with someone you can trust. You are not alone in this. The longer you can go with not self harming yourself then each day you will become more and more and more confident. You can then overcome more things in life which you thought you couldn't. Keep going
