Make every attempt you can to hang out with loved ones such as family and friends. Having fun with friends, or even just having a shoulder to cry on would certainly make heartbreak a lot less lonely. :)

Time most certainly heals the wounds from relationships. One thing I have learned is to never allow that relationship to become all you have, and never allow that person to hold the key to your life or happiness.
