you worrying cause you always caring .. let the things go i know you like structure and order and u hate surprises you have strong tendency to control every thing and keep every thing save may be u like routine hate change any position to another ... you think if you did not finish the tasks by your self the tasks will not ended ... you always care man ... just try to spend a lot of time with the persons not worrying at all and learn from them who to enjoy by the moments ... and try to take steps to make your mind open for opening choices and decisions .. i think all of this cause the Serotonin is not available much in your brain try to get out of comfortable zone ..With my kind regards

Anxiety is something everyone faces. The first step to resolving this is to put yourself outside of your comfort zone. Do something that you would usually be scared to do and just do it. You can study for an exam forever, but sooner or later you'll have to take the exam, but how do you know what will happen until you do it?

First you need to ask yourself. Where does my worry come from and start recognizing when you worry most. I'd recommend uncovering your why and speaking with a therapist about relaxation techniques like meditation and breathing if you are open to that.

Try thinking about the positive ways it may end, instead of thinking "I am going to fail" think- "I have tried my very best to do anything I can for this particular situation."

Remember who you are worried for/about. Is everything you do a problem because of what others may think? If so do these others REALLY have any influence and effect on your life? Chances are most people don't really have the power to affect us or are invested in our lives in the way we give them credit for, often to the point we worry about the things we do. In essence we wast our energy pointlessly on people who have no power or care over us to begin with, its that delusion that stops us from being free...

Being present in the moment, realizing that you do not need to be perfect all the time and that your best is good enough. Doing mindful exercise like mindful walking or breathing exercise After doing mindful breathing exercise I was more productive, relaxed and felt like I had more energy to do my assignments. Mineo quotes Christine O’Shaughnessy saying that “doing mindfulness is like a fitness routine for your brain... It keeps your brain healthy” (Mineo, 2018). Hyunju Cho et al’s The Effectiveness of Daily Mindful Breathing Practices on Test Anxiety of Students, found that daily mindful breathing practices was effective on reducing test anxiety and stimulating positive thoughts for university students.
