Sweating is either linked to the heat or stress. I would recommend finding the right deodrant best suited for you and your daily routine. If involved in sports, invest in athletic gear and try not to wear the same kit twice. If your sweating is linked to stress, concentrate on steadying your nerves and search for suitable methods that calm you down.

Unfortunately this is just a part of life. Believe it or not but sweat is actually good for you even it can be really inconvenient at times. If it is a problem because it has a foul odor you can try clinical deodorant which is just a very strong deodorant. If you are sweating through your shirts I recommend wearing a dark colored tank top or cami underneath your clothes to hide the sweat stains.

It depends on the cause of your symptoms. Hyperhidrosis, or excessive sweating, can be caused by a variety of medical ailments, from psychological causes to the more organic variety. I recommend having this conversation with your physician. Perhaps treatment of the underlying cause of your hyperhidrosis will help ease your symptoms. In the mean time, there's a few self-treatment things you can do to help manage your symptoms, such as wearing loose, less irritating clothing and trying to wear clothes that won't show sweat as badly (e.g. black shirts, rather than gray). You may be able to get some advice from your local pharmacist about over-the-counter treatments.

It's difficult to say. For me sweating is a side effect of one of my medications, or at another time in my life because I was acclimatizing to a hotter place. It's best discussed with your doctor to see what you can do about it because they would better understand the nature of the problem and can give expert advice.

The Facebook "Seen" message gives me a lot of anxiety! When I see that the person has "seen" the message, but does not reply, I start thinking about all the possible reasons why they would 'ignore' me... Does anyone else feel this? If so, how do you cope?
