I stop myself from breaking down by distracting myself. It's the most easiest and quickest option for me to be more stable. It buys me more time to gather myself, to be more strong, to think about the situation, to sort my feelings out. It honestly gives me a break from myself. I just watch some TV series, I watch those a lot. Or I watch on youtube, or go for a walk in my college campus. Or perhaps, just go talk to a friend about anything else, like college stuff, classes, homework, research work, etc. The key is just to distract myself so I get some time from my own mind. Meanwhile, I can slowly sort my thoughts, feelings and emotions and it sure does take quite a time and efforts sometimes, but in the end I do sort it out. So, it just helps to be better. Find your ways of dealing with your emotions, you have to try it out. It takes time, it takes efforts, but in the end it all get's well. Stay Strong!

remember all the good times, and say that you're going to be really strong and you are going to get through this and come out the other side. You know you can do it. You are strong. We can rise above critisism and dark patches in our lives and learn from them and move on to a better place. We must be resilient and remember what we did last time we were in this situation and how we got through it. We must feel hopeful and relaxed and let things flow over us without worrying too much. We must realise that other people are going through the same thing as us, or sometimes worse stuff than us.
