I enjoy every experience I can in life. At the end you only take that when you die. Sometimes we let fear take the best of us, but we have to get over it and become truly us.

Single-task, don't multi-task. When you're pouring water, just pour water. When you're eating, just eat. When you're bathing, just bathe. Don't try to knock off a few tasks while eating or bathing or driving. Zen proverb: "When walking, walk. When eating, eat."

I think one of the best ways to live in the moment is practicing the art of BEING present. and in today's age, technology is a huge distraction in regards to focusing. can you think of the last time you went an hour without checking your phone for something? when's the last time you had a face to face conversation with someone instead of texting or skype? There are many different ways to be successful in living each moment well, but for myself personally, I have found that minimizing technology helps significantly with that.

What you could do is not look back, that's something that can only hurt you going on. It may be hard to do that, and if so, confide in people you trust. If you are stuck on something minor in the past, try to head out and live and forget what happened to you

The easiest way for me to live in the moment is to imagine that this moment is the last I'll ever have. It's cliché, sure, but it'll make you savor every part of the day and enjoy what you're doing. You can't take it with you, so have fun!

Ahh...living in the moment, well it aint easy my friend. But i would say practice doing it consciously. When you find your mind going to past or future, stop it and think about whatever you are doing at that moment. Remind yourself you have to live in the present. Soon it will become a habit
