A lot of people seem to be obsessed with the notion of living the moment but perhaps you could try simply living for you and others. Do the things that make you happy, whether that be simply snuggling up with your partner watching movies, spending days with any kids you may have or doing something that you've always wanted to do. Perhaps even spending time with any relatives would be a good goal to work towards if this is applicable. It's not about how much you do, it's about what you do that matters. Even helping in a small yet significant way will make your life more than worth while living. :)

Don't overthink things. Do what you want to do. Don't become so pressured with works, school. They don't as important as your happiness. Search your hobbies, do it frequent. Go outside. Don't be afraid to take chances. Good luck!

Intentionally do what it is you are busy doing. Don't think about what comes next, think about the activity you are currently busy with, whether it is washing the dishes or going for a walk. Thoughts should be similar to 'the warm dish water feels so good on my skin' and 'This path is beautiful'. Try to not make plans, or think about something that happened yesterday. Focus on that moment and enjoy living in it.
