There are many different symptoms of anxiety, both emotional and physical. Some physical symptoms are tightness in the chest, heart palpitations and heat flushes, the emotional are feelings of panic or general worry. These are just a few... there are many others! There is an online guide to anxiety on 7 cups you might like to read which might help. While its great to see a doctor if you think you have anxiety, you might also try some relaxation strategies like meditation will help, as will regular exercise and a good diet.
