We all are human being we sometimes start thinking negatively about future n we become afraid of happen something wrong in future but its a temporary thought but If we have fear about future things to happen.. And that fears are becoming problematic for our self n our society..that while thinking or discussing person become restless, he starts sweating, unable to talk more due to fear...so its mean that it have anxiety about that relevant thing.
