Breathe and reassure yourself your okay, you’re in control. You got this, I usually need to breathe and get whatever is scaring me out of my head before completely freaking out. Breathing is essential also exercise really helps! I am sorry that you get panic attacks as I am well aware how horrible they can be. It’s takes time but over time you will learn how to better cope with them and learn exercises that help lessen the intensity of the panic attacks. This is my first answer so I really hope it was helpful to even one person.
