Anxiety is a pretty normal feeling to have. I think anyone can find themselves having anxiety at any time. I think knowing when you are having anxiety is when you feel that overwhelming feeling of not being able to control your emotions. I think anyone who has experienced this feeling knows how difficult it is to overcome. Being able to control the emotions is what keeps you in control of your anxiety.

I could be super happy i might be having a good time around my family and friend and suddenly i just got that weird terribly frightening feeling of being chased by something i could never run away from because that thing is always with me, im carrying it with me. I sometimes feel like im falling and desprately needing constant support or to be put at ease in a middle of a party. I sometimes wake up feeling like everything is a mess, i am a mess and i cant do anything about it and everything is falling apart

If you face things like excessive worrying, restlessness, irritability, difficulty in concentrating, difficulty in sleeping, possibility of panic attacks and other signs. However, self-diagnosing could be deceiving most of the time, so don't depend on that, and if you want to make sure about the matter, talking to a specialist could help as their diagnosing would be more accurate and could help you through it with medical methods and sessions and if there was nothing, they would also confirm that to you. So that's all are based upon personal experience and my humble knowledge about the subject. Wish you all luck, and hope you are doing well.
