Well, I would suggest going to get a diagnosis from a doctor and or a therapist. 7 cups can't really help you KNOW that you have anxiety.

Everyone gets anxious from time to time. The difference is when it persists (doesn't go away) for a while. When you realize that you are stuck in a cycle of worrying, that is when you should act. Talking to a guidance counselor or a trusted friend at work is a good first step. Also seeing a professional could help.

Everyone has anxiety, So the real question is how bad is your anxiety and what type of anxiety are you experiencing? I suggest picking up the Anxiety and Phobia workbook off of Amazon. Going through it will help identify what kind of phobias you are struggling with. It helped me a lot with my panic/anxiety disorder

Anxiety can manifest itself in numerous ways and lead to many physical symptoms. A doctor can rule out somatic illnesses and increase the probability that the symptoms are due to anxiety.
