Focus on the bigger picture. What are your values and where do you see yourself in 20 years? School is just a stepping stone to get you there and prepare you better. Looking back, you will have wanted to enjoy your school experience instead of stressing about grades all the time. Take some time to rest and enjoy yourself occasionally, and talk to your family/friends. Empty your thoughts to someone else and it will help clear your mind.

School does cause anxiety, but any kind of anxiety can be conquered! Look yourself in the mirror and tell yourself, "I got this, I'm going to do great!", and the more you say it the more you'll believe it. Study hard. Once you get into a routine of going above and beyond achieving your goals for different classes you will see the improvement. This will help relax you and provide yourself with the knowledge that you are able to accomplish what you want to. Do not rush yourself through school and always find time for self enjoyment.
