When I am anxious about something I take a a 15 minute break either before or during whatever I am doing. I simple allow myself to meditate and regain my center. I usually count my breaths or remind myself that we are all connected so I am amongst friends. Hope this helps :) Let me know if you tried this method and if it works for you!

First of all, when you are anxious you need to calm yourself down. So, take a seat and start taking deep breaths and tell yourself to relax. Tell your mind to relax. The effect will slowly start to diminish and you'll feel better.

You need to calm down your breathing. It could be your heart going a certain speed and then you start shaking. I know this might seem difficult when your anxious but if you practice you will have an easier time controlling your breathing.

I take a few deep breaths and try to remember the things I like, even minor things, like a song or how much I look forward to drawing when I get the chance. If that doesn't help, sometimes I try to talk to a friend and that usually helps dispel the fear (since anxiety, for me, has a tendency to grow larger when you're alone and stuck in that cycle).
