Social anxiety is really scary especially since you feel like everyone is watching you and judging everything you do. But let's think about how you think about other people. Are you thinking and obsessing over what your peer is wearing and how they're walking? Most likely no! This means no one is watching you or laughing at you just because you slipped up saying a word awkwardly. I promise it's normal to feel this way with social anxiety but it's simply not true. As for test anxiety, a big part that helps is focusing on the content. You can focus on what you're doing after school to help you not focus on failing. Make sure you understand the content so you feel confident that you will get an A.
