Try out some mediation techniques focusing on calming your self down. A good technique is the 4-7-8 method. Inhale for 4 seconds, hold your breath for 7, exhale for 8. Repeat until you feel calm. If this doesn't help, please reach out to a specialist.

There is a calming exercise you can do, sit straight, relax all of your muscles and breathe in through your mouth into your stomach, then hold it there for about 3-5 seconds. Then slowly breathe out for 3 seconds. Do that over and over again and hopefully you will stop shaking.

I would suggest taking a moment to breath and relax. If this doesn't help try holding an object in your hand.
