There’s is two possible answers for that question, one of them is related with anxiety. The major thing to do is seek medical help the other possible answer is that you may have some issue in you nervous sistem that’s also need professional help. Sometimes, when i come under stressful situations, where i might not feel comfortable, then my hands will shake. But i feel that to take deep breaths and realize that i shouldnt worry about things as much as i do helps a lot. Remember you are you, and everbody comes into times which they struggle in, but they always got through. So breath if you start to shake, count to ten, and repeat.

For me, to stop shaking hands, I go somewhere quiet and calm and just breathe for a while. I take deep breaths in for 4 seconds and out for 8.
