Be sure to take a moment (or several!) for yourself from time to time. Don't let anyone tell you that's selfish either - taking time for yourself is so important for your overall health and wellbeing.

Life can be tough, that means that you now have to wait for the good times because time keeps changing. At the time when you are stressed, you should start thinking of the stuff that motivates you, or you can think of the good times when you chased an exam or when you solved a problem. Then start figuring out the root cause of the stress and think of a valid solution. If there is no possible solution then accept the fact that stress won't solve the problem.

Taking a break can really help to relieve stress. Even on a stressful day you can just take 5 mins out to listen a beautiful song, you love the most, and you will feel relaxed.

There are a lots of ways you can stop feeling stressed; the hardest part is realising that the feeling of stress is temporary. Some of the best ways I find of dealing with stress is by talking about it or writing it down. Trying to keep an active log of what makes you feel stressed, where you feel stressed in your body and how you feel when your stressed are all great tips to help you feel more control from here on out. There are other things you can do to help yourself after that; like going for a walk, treating yourself to a nice cup of tea or doing an activity that you like!

One (or two) words: Self-care. Stress affects everyone, and it can be a very negative thing. Taking care of yourself is the number one step to living a less stressful life. You are important, and the less you take care of yourself, the less you are able to handle the negative factors that surround you. Self-care can involve activities such as relaxation techniques, which help relieve the tension of stress.

When i feel stressed, I distract myself by doing the things I love and living the present moment. Do some yoga, read a book, watch a movie, etc. Good luck!

The Facebook "Seen" message gives me a lot of anxiety! When I see that the person has "seen" the message, but does not reply, I start thinking about all the possible reasons why they would 'ignore' me... Does anyone else feel this? If so, how do you cope?
