Remember that no matter the circumstances of a break up; one party will always feel hurt and the other guilty for ending the relationship. It is important to remind yourself of the reasons you ended the relationship and what is making you happy. You can't sacrifice your own happiness because of guilt. It can be hard to accept but remember that you have to live with being happy. Unfortunately this will take time for the guilt to ease so I suggest reminding yourself of your good qualities and traits and the wonderful things you've done for other people.
