Make a list of every single thing you like about yourself and things you think you are good at. When you feel self doubt creeping in, go back and read that list over and over, as many times as it takes. Make this into a regular habit and over time you might notice that when you have a negative thought about yourself you can easily combat it with a positive thought. Example : 'I can't do anything right!' this is all or nothing thinking. When that thought creeps in replace it with ' I am good at doing the following things :" and write out what you are good at.
