Go to a psy that will help you a lot (professional help) and of course tell your parents and your siblings because they have an impact on your OCD if you live in the same house. It also depends on wich type of OCD you have. There are degrees. So you can get help for your OCD from a specialist (a psy, a therapist). Maybe you’ll have to follow a certain treatment and maybe he will just advise you and tell you what to do every night and day to feel better and to keep moving forward. That’s it!
