Has anyone ever got rid of anxiety once and for all? I'm not saying managing it or learning to live with it, like full on BEAT anxiety and lives anxiety free?

I’m not sure that is possible, I think it’s something that needs to be taken care of. But I don’t think it will ever completely go away.

No, they haven't. Anxiety is grained into every human beings brain on this earth; it's to keep up safe in danger. It wouldn't be good if a car was coming towards us, but we had no anxiety and therefore just stood there. However, it can often feel as though you've beaten it! After feeling anxious all the time, when you start to feel calm about the things that used to terrify you, it can really feel as though you've beaten anxiety!

I like this question. I'm not sure it is 100 percent possible. Anxiety is a normal response to certain situations. It doesn't always have to be a negative thing. There are certainly ways to train your brain to respond differently to any situation. Some of these trainings can even bring about total life changes. As for as anyone who has completely removed it from their life? The only person I can think of that might have actually done it is a man named Siddhartha Gotama. But hes been dead for a really long time now so we can't ask him.

Anxiety isn’t a bad thing. It is what helps keep us safe from danger. To be completely anxiety free might not be the best thing. But learning to recognize it and see it for what it is. Can and has been done. Once you learn to recognize it and detach then it doesn’t run your life. It’s not living with it or just dealing with it, I believe that understanding it will allow you to become more balanced when triggers happen. Which to me, is beating anxiety. 7 cups has an anxiety module you can go through to help you and if you are still strangling with anxiety, then it might be a good idea to seek therapy to help you.

The Facebook "Seen" message gives me a lot of anxiety! When I see that the person has "seen" the message, but does not reply, I start thinking about all the possible reasons why they would 'ignore' me... Does anyone else feel this? If so, how do you cope?
