Everyone has emotions, and feelings. Some get anxious more than others, but we each have our own unique perspective that we see the world from. It may take time to understand what role anxiety has in your life, but in challenges appear self-discovery.

Of course not. Having anxiety is just your mind/body having a surplus amount of caution in your day to day life.

No it's a normal feeling. But as all feelings they need to be balanced otherwise it means that you have some pathology and might want to slow down and self-check what's really happening to you.

Not in the slightest! It makes you human. It is supposed to be a helpful emotion for making you make better choices (which comes from primitive days) but sometimes it can get a bit out of control for us in the modern world. You are perfectly normal and you should know that you are not alone.

Anxiety is a regular feeling the majority of people will encounter in their lives. Having anxiety definitely does NOT make you mental.

Mental illnesses are often stigmatized hugely. Having anxiety doesn't make you strange, or different, or "crazy". It's far more common than many people admit. It's nothing to be ashamed of, and neither is seeking help.

Having anxiety does not make you crazy or mental. It simply makes you an individual, who like all people, get nervous and possibly upset when they are faced with a situation that makes them uncomfortable.

No, it feels that way a lot of the time but it doesn't mean you're insane. It means you have a lot of stress and pressure on you.

No. Anxiety means that you worry about the lille things in life and you have trouble letting them go. That doesn't mean you're crazy/mental. It just means you have trouble letting things go and have trouble relaxing. Everyone gose throught it at least once in thier lives.

I don't think having anxiety mean that you are crazy or mental. It's nothing extraordinary to have fears I think everyone experience anxiety, some more than other ones.

Talk to Stacy NowThe Facebook "Seen" message gives me a lot of anxiety! When I see that the person has "seen" the message, but does not reply, I start thinking about all the possible reasons why they would 'ignore' me... Does anyone else feel this? If so, how do you cope?
