Of course not! Everyone gets anxiety from time to time and even if you get more of it, it just means you need to find an outlet. Not that you are “crazy or mentalâ€.

Having anxiety means you feel things in a stronger or diferent way than others. We all have our limits and that is normal. You are not crazy, a lot of people experience pain or distress they don't want to feel.

having a mental issue does not make you crazy. Anxiety is a serious mental illness which needs to be cured in order to have a better life. That is it. You are not crazy.

Not at all! Clinical Anxiety is a common thing that a lot of patients experience. Now, that doesn't mean it's easy to overcome. It isn't. However, you are not crazy or mental.

Absolutely not. Anxiety is a consequence of several life issues / life style /stress level /traumas and sometimes its a result of being raised in a certain way where fear and anxiety is common in a family.

Absolutely not. It is normal to have feelings like this. Everybody experiences anxiety, however if you find that you aren't able to overcome it on your own, you should seek help from friends, family or even therapists.
