No, of course not. It's a disorder, and disorders can be treated. Anxiety is very common, and it just means that you have a chemical imbalance. It means nothing about who you are as a person, and you shouldn't let it make up your identity. You're not crazy.

Every person reacts differently to stress. Sometimes certain situations make us anxious, that's only in that moment and that moment will pass. If i get flustered in difficult situation too often then i might hv anxiety and it does not mean I m crazy it's just that I might not be able to handle stress that well, seeing a therapist will help.

No. Anxiety just means that you have extra fears that most people don't. Just because you are a bit scared of everything does not mean you are going crazy.

Not in the least! Having anxiety does not mean that you are crazy or mental. It simply means that smaller things might make you more nervous or anxious than normal. Certain things may induce a panic attack, depending on a few things. This happens normally due to a chemical imbalance in the brain. People with anxiety can still function very well, it just might take some counselling and maybe medication.

No. Anxiety is curable in most cases but crazy/mental i don't think there is a cure for it. Anxiety is a natural response in the body which gets out of balance and may cause physical symptoms. Even though it depends on what type of anxiety you have. Most anxiety sufferers claims they are never completely arid of their disorders but simply adjusted and overcoming them, as a result enjoying life.

Not at all. Anxiety is only a feeling that is a slightly more intense version of being worried about something and doesn't mean you're insane, though it can feel like it.

Talk to Jennifer NowThe Facebook "Seen" message gives me a lot of anxiety! When I see that the person has "seen" the message, but does not reply, I start thinking about all the possible reasons why they would 'ignore' me... Does anyone else feel this? If so, how do you cope?
