Everyone has anxiety at different points in their lives. It's a natural response to a stressful situation. It does not mean that someone is crazy or mental. It is not necessarily even an indication of mental illness.

Absolutely not! Everyone experiences anxiety in life. What constitutes high anxiety to one person is totally different for another person and that's ok. What makes you ask?

No it doesn't mean you are crazy you are just human and you are alive. You are just a bit more sensitive than others and that is okay!

No it does not. We all have anxiety at some point, some just have it worse than others. Depending on the severity it is known as anxiety disorder, but in no way does it mean a person is crazy/mental.

No it doesn't, from personal experience it just means you care too much about certain things. Which is okay in this life of course, but you can't let it control your life

Having anxiety is a common trait in all people. Everyone however, has it in different ways. Some more than others, it does not mean you are crazy or mental in any way shape or form! You just need to look after your mind a little more than others :D You are one of a kind!

I personally don't think to have anxiety means you are mentally unstable. Rather I would call anxiety a learned behavior triggered in certain situations which every single person on the planet experiences at some point in their life. After all, if anxiety were a translation of being mentally challenged university students before exams would be called crazy.
