Obviously not. Everyone experiences anxiety in some form, and some people just have a more prominent experience. Anxiety is not abnormal. The only thing is when it gets in the way of living life how you want it, then some extra steps might need to be taken to get it under control. There's nothing crazy about it. Not in the slightest.

Absolutely not. Life is hectic, stressful, and difficult for everyone. It is absolutely normal to experience anxiety. If your anxiety is negatively affecting your ability to function day to day, consider seeing a therapist or doctor.

Anxiety doesn't make you crazy or mental. Anxiety is a disorder that affects your social life and lifestyle. You can overcome anxiety by trying things you wouldn't normally do, challenging yourself. You are not mental nor crazy for having anxiety.

No, it does not mean you are crazy. It just means your brain tends to worry more than other people tend to.

Definitely not! There`s a lot of stigma attacked to mental illness and anxiety, but many people have it and it`s perfectly normal. Having anxiety is nothing to be ashamed of or feel embarrassed about. We need a bit of anxiety to keep us alive.

No, absolutely not! Anxiety is a common mental illness. Think of a mental illness as a physical illness. They're very much alike. The only thing is with a mental illness, you could never see that it's there just by looking. We only have so much control over how we feel and how we see things. It's just a part of our nature. It most certainly doesn't make us crazy/mental.

Having anxiety or any mental illnesses doesn't mean that you're crazy/mental. Mental illnesses are as valid as any other physical or chronic illness and should be treated with similar perspectives instead of demeaning it as 'insane' or 'mental'

No, it just means unfortunately you have a chemical imbalance in your brain, it can be fixed with medication, or other non-medication ways such as physical activity, arts, or even just talking to a therapist, or a close friend including your listeners at seven cups!

Not at all! Being anxious in certain situations is something that happens to most people! A common anxiety is social anxiety, where people experience it during social situations. When someone is feeling anxious or having a panic attack it is always best to be supportive and open to helping.
The Facebook "Seen" message gives me a lot of anxiety! When I see that the person has "seen" the message, but does not reply, I start thinking about all the possible reasons why they would 'ignore' me... Does anyone else feel this? If so, how do you cope?
