No, unless you do something in that category. Anxiety is just a common condition that you can't really help.

Not really. Nowadays we are lately been running and engaging with so many stuffs in our daily lives. It could be a negative impact of something you are engaging with...it could be either work or personal life related.

Absolutely not. Having anxiety does mean you have a mental illness, which is way too stigmatized today.

Not at all. It means that you operate on a different level than other people. There's nothing wrong with that.

Of course not! It just means you struggle in some environments. You shouldn't listen to those who call you mental or crazy. It's part of who you are and you shouldn't be ashamed.

It means you're normal. No one can be on this planet - alive and not have some level of anxiety. It motivates us to accomplish many things. It's when anxiety interferes with our lives that we need to seek help.

No. Absolutely not. Anxiety is a common and perfectly normal response to times where you need your brain to help you out of dangerous situations. Anxiety with no apparent trigger (such as in generalized anxiety disorder) is simply the "caveman" part of your brain malfunctioning, as it were, and telling you that there is a danger, even if there isn't. Anxiety is simply a chemical reaction - there is nothing whatsoever that would make you "crazy/mental".

No. Anxiety simply means that you are probably sensitive to other's feelings or emotions towards you, especially a group of people. You will have difficulty socializing when worrying about these things but you are most definitely not crazy/mental.
The Facebook "Seen" message gives me a lot of anxiety! When I see that the person has "seen" the message, but does not reply, I start thinking about all the possible reasons why they would 'ignore' me... Does anyone else feel this? If so, how do you cope?
