No. It makes you feel weak and like you're scared over nothing but it takes a lot of courage to face so many fears and reactions every day.

Not in the slightest. Anxiety is a natural reaction to stress and can actually be quite helpful. Anxiety can motivate us to get things done that we would normally neglect, or can keep us vigilant in dangerous situations. It is only when anxiety becomes out of control or when it occurs in inappropriate situations that it becomes harmful.

Not at all. Having any disorder can make life a struggle, especially when it seems impossible to do tasks that many others find easy. This is often heightened in anxiety, where your anxiety about being anxious feeds into itself and becomes a vicious cycle... Living with anxiety takes a lot of courage and strength, even if many people don't realize it. If your anxiety is negatively impacting your life in a severe way, you may want to reach out for community support or talk to a mental health professional.

Not in the slightest. It simply means that you've gone through events in your life that have caused this, you should never consider yourself a weak person because of it.

I used to think that I was very weak since I seemed to be more panicky and anxious compared to my friends and relatives -- until I realised that having anxiety is actually making me strong, in a way that I learn to deal and manage my life through difficult circumstances. It's hard enough for people to live this life without being anxious, let alone when they have an anxiety disorder! We keep on living, though, so it shows how strong we are as a person. You are not weak because you are anxious.

No, having anxiety does not make you weak. When we define "weak", we think of something as 'easy to break or bend'. Right? So when we are reffuring to ourselves as "weak", do we break easily? Are we easy to bend? The answer is no, there has to be a great force for us to be damaged like that. Just remember, that when you start to think of yourself as weak, think: Are you breakable? Are you bendable? Are you really the definition of weak?

Having anxiety just means you're human, it doesn't mean you're weaker or not as good as anyone else.
