Yes, if you haven't tried grounding that can be a really great way to get your brain and heart to calm down. It gets you to focus on your surroundings and focuses your mind on something other than the panic. In practice, it should be done when you feel a panic attack coming on, rather than during. It might be helpful for you to do some research on it to find variations that may work for you, there's many different types depending on the kind of panic attack. I wish you the best and I hope the panic attacks settle!

Yes, in my experience I have had several panic attacks out of the blue and I didn’t even know why or how it happened. Sometimes you just don’t know why you’re panicking and that’s ok. You don’t always have to understand your feelings because sometimes it’s impossible to know. Once I just randomly got anxiety while laying in bed and I couldn’t think of why. I wasn’t thinking of anything stressful and I wasn’t doing anything stressful so I felt confused. It’s ok to be confused and you don’t have to find a reason as to why you are confused.
