Anxiety is a normal part of life. There's good anxiety that creates mental arousal to make us sharp and thing more clearly. It gets tougher when talking about anxiety that disrupts our daily life. The "bad" anxiety can be managed but the "good" anxiety never goes away as it is a biological need. If you're dealing with anxiety that disrupts your life, relationships, school/work, thats when seeking professional help is advised. Things like medication and talk therapy can be used to manage the symptoms of this disruptive or maladaptive anxiety. However, to reiterate, a small amount of anxiety that does not cause more than mild discomfort is normal.
