I think not. You just learn how to live with it and control it not to effect on your everyday life so much. Anxiety is always there, but you can live normally if managed to control it.

For better or for worse, nothing is permanent. Anxiety and other negative feelings, bodily sensations, as well as good feelings too - these all change and are not permanent. Learning to be aware of the changing nature of our feelings and thoughts can help to be more detached from the negative sensations and to enjoy the positive sensations when they are there. :)

In my experience, not entirely, but it becomes much easier to manage as you learn new ways to cope with triggers.

I suppose it never entirely goes away, meaning that there will always be an undertone. But it's ok, everyone has anxiety, some people just handle it better. You can too it just takes some training.

No, unfortunately not. You will have no control over this feeling that keeps rising within you, but you can stop it from ruining your life! You can take action by going to the doctors or trying something that gives you satisfaction, trying something scary every day can be something worth trying too when you're suffering from anxiety. Nevertheless, your not alone in this though, so don't feel like you're the only person suffering from anxiety. I wish you the best of luck xx

I think that you will always get anxious or nervous about certain things, but I think you can definitely learn how to overcome it and not let it overcome you. I think that it can get lighter, but it will always somewhat be there.

No, anxiety will never entirely go away. As humans we all have anxiety and that’s normal, but! Although you cannot get rid of it entirely you can find ways to reduce it by ingaing in activities like meditation, music, art, or something that puts your mind at ease (that is healthy and doesn’t require a bottle of alcohol, a packet of smokes, a razor or any of those other unhealthy “coping methodsâ€)

I find that my anxiety never fully goes away but sometimes lay dormant. A person, a smell, place, or even an object is all it takes for these feelings of anxiousness to resurface. They key is to redirect that anxiousness by telling yourself your okay and only living in that moment and it will pass with positive reaction and moving forward. Everything is easier said then done so keep trying and when you succeed congratulate yourself. Sometimes that anxiety is coming from deep within and recognizing this is actually a good positive step. Look at your situation and try to pin point what triggered this feeling and how can you avoid or work through it in a manner that’s comfortable for you.

The Facebook "Seen" message gives me a lot of anxiety! When I see that the person has "seen" the message, but does not reply, I start thinking about all the possible reasons why they would 'ignore' me... Does anyone else feel this? If so, how do you cope?
