Based on what I've gone through, periods of anxiety will always pass. Anxiety itself can be limited to a specific time period based on specific circumstances, or it can be chronic, in which case it wouldn't go away. My anxiety appears to be chronic, and it comes and goes, but I take solace in the fact that anxiety spells always go away.

I don't think it really entirely go away, you learn coping skills to make it more manageable, and you can always reach for support from more experienced people.

Anxiety is just a thought of Needless worries! We do think each and every day. And we can't control our thoughts, just like the CARS on roads. But yes, we Choose which thoughts to rely on! It's simple. Every one has some sort of doubtful thoughts. But when we focus on Good thoughts only and never Complete the Cycle of negative thoughts -- just like I won't.. instead Yes I will succeed in exams, this makes our confidence to get boost!

I think that anxiety levels can go down if you really try but i don't think anxiety goes away completely. Anxiety can be good if you have the healthy amount of it. The right amount can help keep you safe if you channel it right.

For me, anxiety never goes away but it can lessen to the point where it may seem as it doesn't exist. There are ways for an individual to feel less anxious but those differ from person to person.

It really depends whether its clinical or something that we have made up! In case its something of our own making then atleast it can be kept under check! The best way to fight anxiety is firstly, to think positive and second find ways to minimise its side effects! For me it was like increased heart beat unstable mind...I tried meditation and jogging! It worked for me...discover yourself my friend !! :)

I've had slight anxiety my whole life and I don't think it goes away. But it doesn't have to go away. It's a part of you and who you are. Learn to live with it and not try to get rid of it.

Nope. It doesn't. Being human, you're not always happier, not always sad. Like any other emotion, it occurs to us and go away, and comes again, and cycle goes the same. It's only a matter of how we deal with it, :)
