A troublesome thing about being human is that a small level of anxiety is normal. It's hard-wired into us. It has to do with evolution. In primitive times, a person who didn't worry would sit by the lake and risk being eaten by a saber-tooth tiger. A person who worried would stay home in the cave and be safe, also would live longer and reproduce more. So evolution selects those who worry. Unfortunately, this tendency for anxiety to perpetuate our species does not serve us well in modern times. We must accept that some amount of anxiety will always be with us. It CAN be managed with various strategies. When the anxiety becomes so intense it interferes with our well-being, or makes us ill, professional help should be sought. Over-the-top anxiety is very treatable.

In my understanding, or in my life experience anxiety is always there, it comes in at the most random moments. Just because anxiety is always there doesn't mean you can't enjoy the time when your not having an anxiety or panic attack.

I think how stress and anxiety affect each person is entirely subjective. Some people have stress because of situations they are in, some people have it as a result of something that has happened to them, and some people have anxiety and/or panic disorders (sometimes these things all go hand in hand). And so depending on the person, on the situation, stress can go away, stress can be dealt with, a person can heal. But sometimes anxiety is an unfortunate lifelong issue that some people will have to struggle with, and will need to learn mechanisms which will help them to cope--and the goal is that these mechanisms will be healthy ones, because unfortunately an aspect of anxiety and panic is that we often find poor coping mechanisms for our stress.

Anxiety has not gone away for me, and I don't think it ever completely goes away. It does, however, get more manageable with therapy, coping mechanisms, and medication.

No. Anxiety is a reaction from your body to protect ourselves from outside enemies. It's a good thing, unless if it affects your daily life.

Its a natural function of your body, I compare too much anxiety with too much sugar like in diabetes. All things if we work on them can be brought under reasonable control.

No, but if you learn to deal with it through exercise, medication, and therapy, the effects of anxiety are greatly minimized.
