Cant sleep at night, my mind is constantly working even when asleep. Headaches are continuous. Dreams are continuous...when i sleep am always dreaming?

This might have to do with the times you are sleeping and the amount you are sleeping. A healthy adult needs 7-9 hours of sleep per day and hours of sleep that is before midnight are much more effective than ones after. Maybe it's to do with your sleeping pattern and you sleep quite late so you get in NREM faster and thus are dreaming alot. If you fix your sleeping pattern, it ought to go back to normal. If the headaches persist and see the doctor as it could be a more serious neural problem.
