you can distract yourself as much as you want but eventually your going to have to face up to why your feeling the way you are and the changes you need to make for yourself

I feel that we all try to navigate around our anxieties and avoidance never made the issues shrink, but rather grow. We have to face our fears to realize we can survive it and learn to feel like it's a normal part of life... otherwise, aren't we giving into our negative preconceptions?
