when you are suffering with anxiety this can cause many problems for you in day to day life, it can effect how you act with others and your relationships, as well as school or work and how you feel about yourself. this can have a negative impact on your life if you are unable to get the right help and support and may therefore lead to other mental health disorders such as depression.

Yes, absolutely. Being anxious causes you A LOT of stress. Thus stress can some times cause depression. My depresion was caused by a combination of sadness and home pife stress. It's conpletely nirmal to feel depressed every now and then, but if you feel pike this very often or constantly talk to somebody/ seek help

I got depressed out of anxiety by myself. I was so in panic to not pass my class, that I couldn't focus on something else, so I lost a lot of friends and were really unhappy. It was a black hole, because school doesn't go better in this moment. Only with help of friends, I got out of is. So yes, for me anxiety caused me to feel depressed.
