While the symptoms of anxiety and depression are different, the process of suffering from anxiety is definitely something that can sometimes (but not always, thankfully!) lead to feeling depressed. Anxiety is something we have to fight off every day, and it's not an easy fight! On top of day to day stress, having to cope with the additional stress anxiety and worry put on your body can seem unfair.
