Personnaly when i'm anxious i'm never hungry and it leaded me to lose weight. Love stuff does this on me as well. It s normal :) You should work on how to manage anxiety and it would be alright for sure, for this time and for the other issues that you ll probably have to face.

Potentially. Anxiety and Depression often involves the symptom of loss of appetite, If the symptom progresses, and you eat less, as a result; It could be argued that the depression and anxiety that you are experiencing is a plausible factor for you loosing weight.

yes, it can. But if you are feeling like that only after this break up, maybe it is not necessarily depression or anxiety, but stress which also may cause weight loss.

Simple answer- yes. That being said a lot of things can factor into weight loss and it's not uncommon for weight gain to be linked to a breakup/stress. However if you've noticed rapid decrease in wait I'd always suggest seeking medical opinions just to be on the safe side. Weight fluctuates for most people so if it's only a few pounds here and there I'd hazard a guess to say it's within the normal range. Keep an eye on it. Try to resist the urge to skip meals or even binge for comfort. Healthy habits will help you through rough patches.

Yes it can, any severe distress can cause weight loss as the body is burning more calories to sustain the high levels of stress.

Yes, this is possible. Depression and anxiety can lead to weight loss due to a decreased appetite. Although there are other possibilities for it as well. Consulting a doctor could be helpful.

I think that it all depends on the person and that there is no specific answer, but if you have then you are not the only one
