Yes, in my experience there are many natural ways of coping with anxiety. I personally take special notice to things that are successful in calming me down. like movies or a good book. So the day before a test i usually watch a movie to calm my nerves. I also have mantras, my mantra for test taking is " you've done it, you know it, you lived it, you got it". But every person is different so just take notice to the things that calm you down and then implement them into your daily life. I also get anxiety whenever im doing something in front of crowds, so usually in those situations i'd opt to do things with a partner or someone i feel comfortable with.

Taking care of yourself helps. Diet and sleep can help or hurt anxiety. Also, make sure your relationships are healthy and not adding to the stress. Breathing techniques and mindless games can help distract you when you feel panicky.

Yes, there's lots of free meditation apps which work better than I'd thought they would before I tried them. There's focusing on and trying to control your breathing, the faster means the more anxious you are. You could just examine your thoughts and understand the reasons behind them which helps a lot too.

There are several natural methods that I have found help me cope incredibly well with my anxiety, for example, "ground" techniques, meditation, and even simple things like having a warm cup or tea or a power nap. But in my personal experience with GAD, these natural methods have only worked in conjunction with my medication. Natural methods such as meditation, yoga, breathing techniques, and other techniques such as ground techniques are a great place to start in trying to cope with anxiety alongside speaking with a medical professional, or a counselor, or even a good friend you trust, but I don't feel like anyone should ever at any point feel ashamed in trying other "un-natural" or pharmaceutical methods in coping with their anxiety!

Yes, there are breathing techniques you can try. I use the 4-7-8 breathing one. It is where you breathe in for 7 seconds, hold it for 4, then breathe out for 8. This technique usually helps me when I am feeling anxious.
