From my personal experience , yes I believe so. I would try breathing sessions and would alter the speed of my breaths, while I'll count to twenty and count down from 20. I have also tried yoga and meditation. Also drinking tea such as chamomile and chai tea helps very well. They all worked for me:)

Meditation, spending time outside, getting a decent amount of exercise, getting enough sleep but not too much, and eating healthfully are all great natural methods to cope with anxiety.

There are oils, lavender, etc. Do some research. Google it, then ask someone who knows more about it.

The Facebook "Seen" message gives me a lot of anxiety! When I see that the person has "seen" the message, but does not reply, I start thinking about all the possible reasons why they would 'ignore' me... Does anyone else feel this? If so, how do you cope?
