Yes ! One of the most important is to keep yourself busy because this way your mind will pay attention and focus on what you have to do. First thing to do is to avoid staying alone with your thoughts !

Well i think first of all you can not be ashaed of it. You should be able it admit and be able to ask for help. You have to know that asking for help is one of the bravest things you can do. And for me personaly it helped me when i started talking to people, trying new things, opening up.

Take more time for yourself to do the things that make you happy, spend time with those who make you feel good, use relaxation techniques, and stay in the present moment. Try not to overthink!

Meditation can help reduce anxiety tremendously as does aroma therapy. Practicing breathing also helps slow down your heart rate. Watch something funny on YouTube! Nothing breaks that panic better than a good laugh

I was anxious too, and I admit, it was hard. But then, I started doing things I love : drawing, writing, reading and dancing. It really helps and it releases endorphines which actually 'makes' panic attacks and makes you feel anxious.

Absolutely! I've found that breathing exercises, watching what kind of media I consume (comedy vs horror, etc), my ability to exercise, and how frequently I do things I'm scared of--all these things affect my general level of anxiety. It's also a good idea to try your best to be proud of the little things, rather than disappointed about big, huge things: "Yay! I am out of bed and showered earlier than usual!" versus "Ugh, look at this messy house, and all I've done is clean myself." y'know?

Making changes to reduce anxiety can be really tough to adjust to, but these changes can be made. Things such as taking a deep breathe when you are feeling your anxiety or practicing daily relaxation exercises can lead to a decrease in anxiety. Noticing that you are getting an anxiety attack before it happens is really helpful as you can take steps to prevent it such as taking a moment to take deep breaths and relax.

A good first step is trying to actively engage in activities or hobbies that don't trigger anxiety or further the feeling of being overwhelmed by stress. By simply trying to avoid or escape negative feelings you are still thinking about the situations that make you uneasy. Focus on the good things, like coffee with a friend, a good book or a funny show, and you'll find the difficult tasks are more manageable once you've spent the time out of a head space in which you are constantly worrying.
