Nope. People who talk behind the back are the same people who comment below Youtube videos having magical number of views. They don't even matter. Chill.

While I don't know the context behind this question or the situation you're in, my default answer would have to be no. And I say my "default answer" because I think that a large percentage of the time that people ask themselves this question, the answer is usually no.
This feeling of paranoia or anxiety can be easily cultivated, and many people experience this type of overly-suspicious feeling, but it's important to remember that the world isn't out to get you.
Most people are generally only concerned about themselves and what they say or do or look/act like. Most people are not purposely trying to go out of their way to harm you or speak badly about you. People just do things for themselves (generally speaking/on a day-to-day basis), and tend to focus on interesting, exciting, or different things.
So, if anything, if people are talking about you "behind your back", I think there is little to no reason to assume it's anything malicious.

Honestly I have always thought nobody is talking behind my back but people do actually talk behind my back, yeah it may be easy to ignore but hearing it all the time is very horrible and it give anxiety all the time. Like I really cant say it in words but thats how I see it all the time.

What does it matter if they are? If they are it simply means you are your own person who isn't liked by people because you have a strong personality. Focus on the good and you will be happy

I've come to the realization that it is completely normal to some times feel as if people are talking about you behind your back. Personally, I usually feel that while walking through a crowded area. It may or may not be true, but either ways it doesn't matter because the opinions of others are not a topic which should worry me.

Probably. The question is, however, are they speaking about you in positive or negative ways? That cannot be answered without full knowledge of the situation.

I suppose what matters more than that is, why would it bother you? No matter what you do throughout life, someone, somewhere, is going to have a problem and its a sad but true issue we all have to deal with at some point! So if they are, just think - what can I do to make this issue go away?

Well there are people who really does this but you can just ignore them. People who talk behind your back does not deserve you. They are just envy because of who you are. Just do as you please as long as you're not hurting anyone and you have good intentions. Don't ever waste your time and energy to gossips. Be authentic always and keep outshining them to scare them off. Haha
What they think, say, and do to you is a reflection of themselves.
I wish this enlightens you as much as it is to me, hope this helps!
