No. Whatever you are feeling and thinking are valid, no matter what anyone else says. You have the right to feel your feelings and think your thoughts. You have a right to be listened too. You are not making up problems in your head.

I think it depends on what we're talking about here. Often times we can think in all-or-nothing terms and assume or make things up in our head and create situations that arent there. Sometimes physical pain as well, can stem from thoughts in our head. However, mental an emotional afflictions, while made up in our heads are not any less real. Things such as anxiety, depression, eating problems, etc. Theyre all very real issues that sometimes are created from our head, then at some point seems to be out of our hands. Do not take your problems lightly or assume that they arent real.

You are creating thoughts. And thoughts become reality. Think wisely! Sometimes you create more problems subconsciously if you taking unnecessary time on them. Thinking something else even reading a book going to make your mind away of problems. You can come back on a problem with a healthy consciously thought pattern.

Absolutely not! What's in your head is your reality so if it's in your head it's real to you! After all, as Dumbledore said: “Of course it is happening inside your head, Harry, but why on earth should that mean that it is not real?” JK Rowling :)

Evaluate everything and don't make rash judgements. Possibly ask others what they think, as sometimes your paranoia can grow which makes you think the worst

No, everything you experience is real to you. If you close your eyes, imagine a purple Dragon that shoots Twinkies, the purple Dragon exists in your imagination. But because it's in your head doesn't necessarilymake it a fact, this is the difference

Absolutely not! Whatever you are going through is completely valid and it is okay to feel the way that you do. Although sometimes our brains make us feel inadequate or crazy for feeling the things we do, it is important to remember that you aren`t doing anything wrong. You are who you are and you are facing something challenging and you will get through it.

Most of the time, yes. But it doesn't mean that it's not important or that it won't hurt you the same.

If you are experiencing an uncomfortable emotion or feeling, it may be because of one of several things. It could be that your body is deprived of a certain thing such as food, sleep, or socialization. If you have an irrational fear, it is most likely not true. A measure of caution can be good, but if it is interrupting normal daily functioning, you should talk to a close friend about it, read a self-help guide on 7 Cups, or see a professional.
