Am I just going through a phase or am I suffering from a mental disorder? Someone please help because idont understand what wrong with me and i sometimes cannot control it and that scares me&my family

You need to first understand your emotions, reasons and causes. to help you do that meditating. It is a very good way to calm your mind and understand your thoughts. The next thing you can try is talk to someone in a composed manner, explain them what you have been going through and why. Another thing that you can do is approach a specialist if it is only getting worse. You can also try to decrease the number of things in your life, focus on important parts only for some time. You can try finding joy in smaller things, start with a gratitude book to look at live more positively.
