Every bad experience holds something good in it. We may not feel it in that moment but in the long run all the experiences we had will definitely help us. Break ups can be really hard. It becomes hard to take it in a positive way. There is nothing wrong in being sad about it. What is important is to remember that the pain will gradually reside. We just have to remember that the relation may end but the experience will always stay and will help us. Accepting our faults in relationship as well as what good we did for it is important too. That helps us to grow. :)

After the heartbreak of a relationship finishing, putting yourself back together can seem an impossible task. There is no set way to start this process, and often that first step is the hardest. Doing something for someone else can be a positive experience in the darkest moments, such as writing a letter to a relative, volunteering for a cause, donating old clothes to charity, or even something simple like sharing a funny picture with a friend on social media to make them smile. The biggest journey will start with the smallest steps.
