I'm sorry to hear you have been in a car accident 8 years ago. It's okay to feel afraid to drive again. Try having someone in the car with you that you are close and comfortable with and driving in the parking lot where no one else is may help. Just take one day at a time and don't feel the rush to drive far or for too long. Do it as often you like until you start getting more relaxed. Then maybe one day you could take your car down a slow neighborhood and drive there.

The Facebook "Seen" message gives me a lot of anxiety! When I see that the person has "seen" the message, but does not reply, I start thinking about all the possible reasons why they would 'ignore' me... Does anyone else feel this? If so, how do you cope?
