They deal with these sort of things and not only would provide you options with prescriptions, but they'd also be equipped with many other resources to accompany your needs. Some of them can be to help ease the symptoms of withdrawal, it depends what the prescription is for. If you have any specific question consult your doctor about new medication, and types that can help with withdrawal.
